Thank you for choosing Ro and Co Jewellery for your ethical and handcrafted jewellery needs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase.

 

Return & Exchange Guidelines:

 

- Eligibility: You may return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase if you're not completely satisfied. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note, custom orders and engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange due to their personalized nature.

 

- Process: Our return and exchange process is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free. For a full refund or exchange, simply ensure your item meets our return criteria.

 

- Free Returns: We offer complimentary returns for most jewellery pieces, provided they are returned in their original, unworn condition along with the sale confirmation within the 30-day period. Customized and personalized jewellery may be subject to partial refunds only. Please reach out to us for specific details.

 

- International Returns: At this moment, international returns do not qualify for free returns. If you're an international customer wishing to return an item, please contact us at contact@roandcojewellery.com to start the return process.

 

- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note, shipping fees are not refundable.

 

Return & Exchange Conditions:

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way.

 

How to Exchange:

 

- To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service. We'll provide you with a return slip via email.

- Upon receiving your original item, we'll dispatch your new selection within 14 days.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

 

If your jewellery arrives damaged or if you discover a defect within 60 days of purchase, we're here to help. Please email roandcojewellery@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue, and we'll arrange for a repair or replacement.
