Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 business days following the receipt of payment. Given the handmade nature of most pieces at Ro and Co, this timeframe allows for the meticulous creation of your item. We ship via Canada Post, with options for XpressPost or Expedited Parcel at checkout for those requiring expedited delivery.

Canada: Enjoy free Expedited Shipping on orders over $125. Expedited Parcel (1-7 Business Days) costs $12, Xpresspost (1-3 Business Days) is $22 and Next Day GTA is $10. United States: Orders over $125 qualify for free Tracked Shipping. For others, Tracked Shipping takes 4-9 Business Days at $15, and Expedited Parcel USA takes 4-7 Business Days at $20. Orders with in-stock items are processed promptly, allowing only a brief period for changes or cancellations. Should you need to make a change, contact us immediately at contact@roandcojewelelry.com. We'll promptly confirm whether we can accommodate your request.

Should your package stall in transit for over 2 weeks since the last scan, it may be lost by Canada Post. In such cases, we will replace and resend your order at no additional cost to you.

We gladly accept returns of items in their original, unworn condition for a refund, accompanied by the sale confirmation, within 30 days from the sale date.
